EXCELLENT Stay near Tour Montparnasse

excellent staff convenient location comfortable bed

I REALLY loved that the staff was super polite and helpful. Cedric was AMAZING. The metro stop sat right outside, and buses and taxis stood only a short walk away. The bed and pillows provided Really good comfort. I experienced total silence from traffic noise on the fifth floor with the windows shut.

The room space was a little small.

The front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They handled requests quickly and with great care. The housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout my stay VERY WELL. So NICE.

The hotel is in an EXCELLENT area. It offers easy access to the metro station. GREAT benefit. Several major landmarks are within walking distance. This location is really convenient for exploring.

Breakfast featured a good continental selection. It included fresh and tasty options each morning. A VERY KIND lady oversaw the breakfast service. She made it good. It provided an enjoyable start to the day.

small room insufficient towels

The room was quite small which i found frustrating. they also didn't provide enough towels, annoying after a long day. i had to call the front desk to ask for more. This delayed me a bit. the process was inconvenient and i expected better service considering the price we paid for the stay. these small details greatly impacted my experience.
